You are a Conference Concierge. How does that differ than a hotel concierge?
I take care of guest needs that are here for meetings and conferences. I am the meeting planner’s liaison, the “go-to guy” for attendees, and do the conference billing, making it a one stop shop.
What do you like best about being a Conference Concierge?
I love the people contact. Our return clients know my name, and it is like “family week” when they come back.
Have you had any strange or difficult requests from your groups?
Nothing out of the ordinary, but every day is different – making my job fun.
