Broadway Entertainment in Tempe, Arizona
The Frank Lloyd Wright designed ASU Gammage in Tempe, Arizona is among the largest university-based presenters of performing arts in the world. Built in 1962, the auditorium seats 3,017 people on its three tiers, with the furthest seat only 115 feet away from the stage. The uniquely circular shaped building can be adapted for grand opera, Broadway musicals, dramatic productions, lectures, and more.
ASU Gammage hosts Progressive’s “Broadway Across America,” home to the best Broadway in the Southwest. The 2012-2013 season is not to be missed with such classics as “WAR HORSE” and “Anything Goes” and new shows including “The Addams Family, Flash Dance & Peter Pan.” At the end of November, Donny and Marie will be hosting “Christmas in Arizona” as a special engagement at the Gammage.
Tempe Mission Palms is proud to partner with ASU Gammage, and offer the new “Broadway Package.” Make it a night on the town, and get deluxe accommodations and $50 worth of vouchers to dine at participating Mill Avenue restaurants, as well as a special code for purchasing discounted tickets to ASU Gammage shows. Tempe Mission Palms is located just blocks away from the Gammage, making it a wonderful choice for enjoying a Broadway show in style!
