Pizza Dough, rolled out to 12 inches
Heavy Cream – ½ cup
Parmesan – 1 cup
Garlic, Chopped – 2 cloves
Asparagus – White and Green – 8 Stalks total
Mushrooms, cleaned, quartered – ¾ cup
Steak Pieces, cubed – Your choice – 4 oz
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup
Blue Cheese – ½ cup

Salt and Pepper
Heat small amount of oil in a small sauce pan. Quickly sauté the garlic and add cream. When cream boils slowly add in parmesan cheese a small amount at a time while whisking. Remove from heat and let cool.
Toss the mushrooms in a small amount of oil with salt and pepper and place on cookie sheet and roast in pre heated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
Cut asparagus in ½ inch pieces and place for 2 minutes in boiling, salted water. Strain and immediately place in ice water to stop the cooking process. Place aside.
Cut steak into ½ inch cubes, and toss in small amount of oil with salt and pepper. Heat large sauté pan, sear steak in pan, not to cook thoroughly. Let cool.
With Pizza dough spread out on to cookie sheet, spread the cream sauce in a thin layer on to the crust. Spread out the mozzarella cheese, then the mushrooms, asparagus and steak pieces. Finish with the blue cheese. Place into 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven, cut and garnish with chopped parsley.
